Please that we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. If your insurance not listed, we can provide a superbill for out-of-network claims directly to you.
Clients are responsible for submitting their own out-of-network claims for understanding their insurance benefits and policies.
Self Pay Rates
Want to not use your insurance benefits or have an insurance we don't accept, no problem. Our rates are comparable and lower than most in the area. Payment is due at time of service.
Masters Level Therapist

$150 - For the initial 50 minute appointment where you and your therapist will assess your needs, develop a treatment plan and begin your care.

$115 - For each additional 50 minute appointment as you continue towards success in obtaining your goals.
Masters Level Interning Therapist
Meet with one of our quality Masters Level Clinical Interns who work under the supervision of a fully licensed clinician.

$50 per session.
Psychiatrist

$299 - Initial Evaluation (50 min.) includes diagnosis, treatment plan, medication management and applicable therapy. Appointments are held virtually by telehealth.

$145 - Follow Up Appointments (20 minutes)

*Dr. Nicolas does not accept insurance. A receipt can be provided that individuals may submit to their insurance to seek reimbursement per their individual policy.
